Hey Preacher! Yeah You!

IMG_2511So many of us are having major, really big, life changing problems, and there is something I would like for you to think about.

You would never have heard of Noah if he hadn’t built the Ark, which was built-in preparation for a FLOOD. Daniel, the Statesmen Prophet, would not have gotten attention if he hadn’t been thrown into the lion’s den, and what about those three Hebrew boys, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego .We think of them and read about their triumphs, but it was their “test” that brought them to our attention in the first place!

What is it you want to hear when you are having a problem? As for me, I want to hear from someone who has had the EXACT problem with a wonderful outcome, right? So begin to look at your life experiences as ways to help someone else in their time of need. In talking to someone who has cancer, I have seen so many miracles that I can give instances of healing that are encouraging and hope giving. “Hope deferred makes the heart sick” Proverbs 13:12 I love the way the Message puts it: “Unrelenting disappointment leaves you heartsick, but a sudden good break can turn life around!”  Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things HOPED for, the evidence of things not seen.” It is up to YOU to give people the evidence they need in order to receive their healing or financial miracle or believe for their relationships to be mended. Romans 10: 14-17 “But how can people call for help if they don’t know who to trust? And how can they know who to trust if they haven’t heard of the One who can be trusted? And how can they hear if nobody tells them? And how is anyone going to tell them, unless someone is sent to do it?”

Consider that you are a preacher without a pulpit, yours is the church of life and the pulpit of experience and anyone can relate to you when you talk to them about how God has helped YOU in your problems! Feeling better now?

Revelation 12: 11 “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.”  Who was it that “they” had to overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the Word of their TESTIMONY?  The Devil, that’s who!

Are you ready now to face your day? Catalog your problems; know that when you receive your answer you can be the Daniel or Noah of those around you who are looking for hope in answered prayer! YOU are the preacher in their lives!

Live your life as a testimony to people who are around you! You are the preacher without a pulpit!

About harolene

Thank you for stopping by for a visit! If you read my thoughts you will see that I am sometimes serious, at other times sappy or funny, occasionally I am sad and sentimental, but I am always sincere! I am a single mother who raised two children, born ten years apart and different sexes so first it was bows and dolls, pretty dresses and boys! When my son was born it was rough and tumble games, baseball, soccer, wrestling and girls! I am known for my "smile" and for my default answer to any situation, "no problem", which was something I didn't realize I did until it was pointed out to me! I am a moon watcher and a star gazer. I am astounded and feel so small knowing that every creature that has ever walked the face of this earth has gazed upon that same beautiful orb that my eyes can behold on any night when the earth is not wearing her cloak of clouds. My parents have made me the person that I am. Their love, veracity in all areas of life, humor and passion for their work and each other have given me hope that my life can actually be a happy one! Chances are if you are reading this you already know all this but again, I appreciate your stopping by! While you're here hit the "Like" button for me and thanks for checking in!
