Unto us a child is born!

John 1:1-6 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

Before time began, God saw me. Jesus, the Word, left His heavenly throne to live and die as a man, to save me. An old song says, “When I fall in love, it will be forever, or I’ll never fall in love”; if I am in love with a man I don’t need to continue to date a lot of other men just to make sure my feelings about the one are validated! I say it is what it is. I have the faith that was planted in me before time began and has grown with me through my life. I have had an up close and personal relationship with Jesus, the one and only Christ, and I don’t need to experiment, look around, read other’s comments or books or explore any other religion to know that He is the One and only Christ. I love Him. I believe that He was born of the Virgin Mary and that His birth was announced by the angels! Luke 2:10-14 Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.  And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.” And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying: “ Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”

Merry Christmas
