Get off the couch and exercise, go on a diet, quit feeling sorry that nobody likes you the way you are and just determine that you will do it…not for a man/woman but for YOU!
You are worth it!
If you don’t desire to diet and exercise, the solution is to like yourself just the way you are and don’t give a flip what anyone thinks but God!
You don’t have any money?
Get off the sofa, find a job, and don’t tell me that there are no jobs available… it may not be the job you want but there are jobs that pay money! There are places closing because they can’t find people willing to work! Example? Scalini’s, a place where, for generations, people have their special dinners and where pregnant women have eaten the famous Egg Plant Parmesan to make them go into labor! (More than 300 women claim this helped!)
I knew a man that continually looked for a job that paid “six figures” while never applying himself to making himself worth six figures!
You tired of the way your house looks? Get a paintbrush and go for it! Home Depot or Lowes are full of all kinds of goodies that don’t cost a fortune and when you make that step, you feel so much better, and you get excited.
I read that when a person is sitting in clutter it actually makes them depressed… so, get up and throw something away! When I get in that mode, I call CCS and have them bring out a big canister and just throw to my heart’s content!
The Apostle Paul said to the Philippians 3:13-14 I’m not saying that I have this all together, that I have it made. But I am well on my way, reaching out for Christ, who has so wondrously reached out for me. Friends, don’t get me wrong: By no means do I count myself an expert in all of this, but I’ve got my eye on the goal, where God is beckoning us onward—to Jesus. I’m off and running, and I’m not turning back.

You don’t think you can do it? We have the assurance that we can do anything with His help, isn’t that what the Apostle Paul said?
Philippians 4:13 For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.
Be encouraged, get up and DO whatever it is you have been putting off!
